"Ours room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were a little disappointed with the options for the happy hour meal and breakfast, but the food that was prepared was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was easy a d trouble free. We would book again when passing through the area."

"We checked into our first room which was a king suite with a separate room for the king bed (we've stayed here before but it's been at least 2 years.) Everything is eco so you have to place a key card into a slot in the room for anything to work. AC did not work in the seperate bedroom and it was super hot in the room due to the electric not on. The staff moved us to a different room. I was walking down the hall to the room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. (Obviously everything is non smoking) we were downgraded to a 2 queen room. When I opened the door it was as if someone was smoking inside and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. My husband and I couldn't stay in the room as he has asthma and I was just getting over an infection in my lungs. We changed to yet a different room which was the same down graded 2 queen room but the AC finally worked and there was no cigarette smell. Then we ran into the tv not working and we have small children. The worker was nice enough to attempt to fix the issue but I figured it out myself. The cable was not properly attached to the tv. I attached it myself. The continental breakfast was lack luster and they were out of pretty much everything at 7a. Overall this hotel has gone downhill. The worker stated it was under new management. Also it was graduation weekend which is why we planned way in advance. I Would not stay again. It's More of a motel vibe than a hotel. Definitely not worth it probably a better deal at days inn."

"This property doesn't have an elevator! Here are the things that I found unacceptable: the tub was VERY slow draining, the shower head had one useful setting (pulsating), and the pillows were very small and didn't hold their shape at all. Overall the room was clean, the staff, for the little I interacted with them, was friendly, and it was quiet. After staying at this property for several years in a row, this will be my last time. : ("
