"We were in the second floor but we could park right under our door number. The clerk wasn’t very helpful. But other guests were and were able to answer my questions. It was not quiet at night. People were talking loadly after midnight"

"We were on a non smoking floor, but you could immediately smell the cigarette smoke when you got off of the elevator. Of course we opened the door to our room and it was a complete ashtray. We went downstairs and told the front desk said they had no other rooms available and gave a spray to go spray ourselves. We used almost the entire bottle of spray, turn the fan on turn the bathroom vent on came back 20 minutes later still smells like an ashtray. Talk to the front desk again apologized again. said there was nothing she could do no rooms no singles no doubles that she’d be more than happy to refund our stay and we could go somewhere else however our family was there and we had this booked for two months in advance. We weren’t able to switch all of us at one time so for non-smoking rooms and non-smoking floors, simply not true at all hotels apparently."

"The room key didn’t work because the lock was broken. The room was filthy. Hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest left. The sheets hadn’t been changed since there was hair and dirt in them. The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after weeks of use. I cleaned it myself. The walls had dirt and splatter marks. There was food in the fridge. The light for the sink area had a flickering dim bulb = no light you can see from. Thick dust everywhere. There was no “breakfast” as advertised. We woke the desk person from her couch an hour after breakfast was to start.She was wearing the same clothes as the night before and was barefoot. She gave us oatmeal cream pies and 2 small cartons of frozen orange juice. We assumed the coffee was probably from the day before. Very disappointed in what felt like an inconvenience for them to have us."
