"Room was just right. I arrived very late in the night and the staff helped me even though my reservation had technically been deemed a no-show at midnight. So for that reason the service I received was excellent. Breakfast was standard fare - scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles."

"Horrible hotel stay. Super ran down. Breakfast options were little… yogurt and fruit. Fruit was brown! Also, after I checked out, they charged my debit card for who knows what. I’ve called numerous times only to be told that the manager is not in and will return my call on Friday. Which was supposed to be 2 weeks ago. Still waiting. Needless to say, staff were not helpful with the issue."

"A very quiet and relaxing hotel overall. I especially enjoyed the hot tub and the morning breakfast. That said, I do wish there were more gluten-free or dairy-free options; there weren’t alternatives like potatoes in place of the bread or waffles. It seems like it could be a great option for families. I wasn’t able to try the on-site restaurant due to timing during my stay, but it could be a nice added option if your visit aligns with their hours."

"Great suite! Clean, well kept. We brought our own pillows and glad we did, hotel pillows weren't great. We were there for the hotel and not the gambling. Would have been nice to have a breakfast before we left in the morning, but it wasn't offered until 10:00 a.m."

"I stayed here expecting to use the pool, since it was listed as one of the amenities. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I found out the pool was closed and not available during my stay. This was really disappointing, especially because it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. I understand that maintenance or unexpected issues can happen, but it would be very helpful if the hotel clearly updated this information online or notified guests ahead of time. Being transparent about unavailable amenities would help guests make better decisions. The breakfast was also very disappointing. The options were limited, and the quality did not meet expectations. This was another area that could definitely be improved. Overall, the stay was okay, but I hope the hotel improves communication about important amenities like the pool and works on the quality of the breakfast."
