"Sorry for giving a "Good" rating for my stay from June 3 to June 7th. I found the desk clerks, maids, and restaurant personnel to be top-notch. However, to my disappointment, there were several visits to the bar/lounge with friends on 3 nights after dinner, and we were served by bartender Cortney. She displayed an attitude toward us that made us feel uncomfortable as customers. She also seemed to lack knowledge of how to prepare various cocktail recipes. Our first experience was at the restaurant where we requested 3 glasses of Cabernet Sauvignon to start. The waitress said she would check with Cortney if they had that. She returned and said, no not available, but she had a Pinot Noir. Ok, we will have that. Cortney brought the wine, but it was Pinot Grigio (a white wine)! We accepted her mistake and drank the white wine. After dinner, we went to the bar and ordered 3 Old Fashion cocktails. We ordered a glass of the Pinot Noir; she found some Cab. Sauvignon. "The room was overall clean, but a bit old. It definitely did the function of what I needed for the night. The view out the window and on the deck was very nice. It was a rainy night so I didn’t get to utilize the porch, but if it was sunny, it would’ve been nice. There was an extremely annoying noise, though that sounded as though it was coming from the outside, but when you open the door, you realized it was coming from the air duct or something above the room. It almost sounded like someone was doing work on the pipes. It went on all night and it did keep me up, but I turned on my noise machine so it helped drown it out some. I would say that was the only bad part. There was a decent continental breakfast similar to what most hotels would have. I did enjoy the fresh fruit cups, though it was extremely convenient for hiking based on the location. There was a good hands-free water fountain to fill up your hydration pack for hiking in the lobby, which is always super important to me. Parking was easy and free."
