"Good location , clean and functional . Good breakfast ."

"Easy to find, plenty of parking and in a quiet location. The building is shared between it's elderly residents and paying guests. Keys to the rooms were in named envelopes on the front desk. Spacious, clean room with balcony and well equipped kitchen area. "

"Very easy to find and parking was on site. Staff are really friendly and helpful especially the young lady who was on the reception when we arrived. Room was really clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"clean, quiet and helpful friendly staff"

"What a terrific staff in an incredibly historical environment steeped in history. We love this place. Moulins is off the beaten path but an amazing little city with tons to offer. Hotel Mercure, in the heart of the city, is a gem!"

"Comfortable and great value. Great staff and cute room"

"La climatisation etait bloquée. Extrêmement dommage vu la température exterieure."

"Perfect for a night stop during a long drive "

"It was good - Nice breakfast"

"If you have a chance to stay here, absolutely do it! Inside, it's like a dream . A small, charming chateau, 5 rooms only, with a modern Spa, and a fantastic haute cuisine restaurant. It strikes a great balance between modern, well renovated style and amenities, and preserving it's heritage. Breakfast in the courtyard is small, but good. We will absolutely try to stay again, should the opportunity arise"

"Quick check in Great location Excellent staff Lovely breakfast Nice room."

"Wonderful stay, the host and her family were so welcoming and kind to myself and my family. Well worth the stay, and the rooms were immaculate."

"Très bel endroit, avec un accueil et une présence de Karl très pro et appréciable."

"Restaurant and staff great"

"Nous nous sommes arrêté à cet hôtel sur notre route pour avoir une étape. Très bien pour un court séjour. Attention il n'y avait pas de restaurant malgré ce qui est écrit, seulement du réchauffage de conserve. Heureusement nous avons pu trouver un restaurant qui livrait. L'hôtel est très calme et pratique avec un chien. "

"We needed to break our drive to Paris and we were so lucky to find this authentic country hotel outside of Moulins. It has a charming eclectic decor and lovely owners. We had a good evening meal and breakfast and a comfortable nights sleep. Would definitely stay again. "
