"We were just there for a day and a half. I unfortunately came down with a cold. But everyone was pleasant and cheerful. We sat outside on the patio area and had drinks. We sat in the bar one night and had cocktails. Did not eat there but the restaurant was inviting. Our room was clean and spacious We had a ”biggie“ room. Loved the decor of the hotel the old with the new that complemented each other. Staff was very informative and helpful. Alice especially. Would certainly stay here again. "

"We had a Great Stay at Hôtel Etats-Unis Opéra. The hotel was very convient to many things. The Staff was Excellent the Restaurant and Bar was Awesome. Very Clean room a bit dated but adequate. "Excellent location, quiet and clean. The staff went above and beyond for us from the moment we checked in early. I stupidly left my phone in the taxi on the way to the train station. When I realized I’d lost it, my friend called the hotel, who immediately checked my room and when they didn’t find it, took it upon themselves to call the taxi company. Within a few minutes of calling the hotel, they’d tracked down the taxi, located my phone, and sent the driver to meet me at the train station so we’d make our departure. This is WAY above the call of duty, and saved the day. Would recommend 1000 times over. "
