"Had a great stay - clean, quiet rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is available for an additional cost, while tea and coffee are complimentary. The bathroom was a good size, with a small glass divider that helped keep water contained. Great location, and we were able to rent bicycles there and explore most of Rotterdam in 24 hours! Everything was as described in the listing."

"That 24/7 minimart alone deserves 5 stars. Kinda incredible. Great selection and totally fair prices. Honestly, why don’t more hotels do this? The location’s perfect, and the staff were genuinely pleasant. Only downside is that it did get a bit noisy sometimes. But still if I’m in Rotterdam again, I’m booking here again without a doubt."

"Hotel mattress was extremely hard so the elder fell off the bed on the first night. Hotel was quick to try to rectify it, with a change of room no less. Glad we paid for breakfast, which made it easier given our travel with senior."

"What not to like? Location, ease of checkin, friendly, happy and helpful staff, great breakfast, clean and modern rooms, good beds and very comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rotterdam - it’s a very good hotel choice for a great, modern city. Great value too."

"Our stay at the SS Rotterdam blew us away. This is definitely in our top 5 of the most original hotel stays we have done in our time as globetrotters. Wonderful, very spacious rooms...nothing like the ones we have seen on the cruises we have done. Fantastic beds too. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone traveling to Rotterdam."
