"If you want drugs and hookers this is the place to go. I have never seen a hotel ran this poorly, and to allow everything that is happening to continue. Everything was dim lit, the room was NOTHING close to what the pictures showed. The steps to the second floor are about to fall in. Wyndham needs to make a visit here, and reconsider this location. I've never felt more uncomfortable in a place in my life. Constant traffic with horns at all hours. As a business owner myself, I would be ashamed to put my name anywhere near this place. Mini fridge doesn't work, ac doesn't work, dirty towels, dirty bedding, and people slumped in the stair way"

"It was a nice peaceful hotel in a charming town. My only complaints were I couldn't get access to the streaming apps on the TV because it looked like the previous guest was still signed on. Even though according to the guest information binder, guests are signed out when they check out. And the volume button did not work, I ended up just streaming on my phone because the TV was too loud and I didn't want to disturb the neighbors. Also, the guest binder said pilot light is always lit but it was not. And it wasn't a big enough deal to me to ask the desk attendant for help, I was only staying there for a night. And may I suggest a half and half creamer option or unsweetened creamer for coffee drinkers and also more diabetic friendly options for breakfast or something for people who can't handle loads of carbs and sweets in the morning. But I really enjoyed everything else, it was in a nice area. the view from the balcony was beautiful, especially at night with all the lights on the other side of the lake, and I loved the hot tub, and the mini kitchen was very helpful!"

"I wish I could remember her name but we asked for top floor, and she said it vibrates being over the pool and at her suggestion took me upstairs to ensure it wouldn't bother us. It didn't! I was happy to be top floor because the hotel was packed for memorial day and there were a ton of kids running up and down the halls and top floor does minimize the sound any hotel would have with that type of activity. It kept our trip peaceful."

"The hotel could be ok but nothing works the tv nothing and if u think it has a elevator u got another thing coming they called the cops on my kids and the breakfast was soooooo gross the biscuits were dry I wasn’t pleased at all …oh and before i forget the indoor swim area literally flooded during the rain if i could have gotten my money back i would’ve"

"We came out just for a night to do some things in Muskegon. This hotel was chosen largely for the location which was great. We knew where we wanted to go and this was close enough to it all. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I personally like the building itself, it has a classic sort of feel inside and out. The pool was busy most of the day but nice, and the two hot tubs was appreciated. Not sure if the rooms are actually soundproof but no complaints were received. Bonus points for the close proximity to The Portal sculpture. Will be staying again as we enjoy the area."
