"This was at least our 3rd stay over 8 years. We have always found the property clean, minus people leaving trash in the yard in parking area.
Our rooms have always been clean, spacious, and well cared for by cleaning staff.
The desk staff has been friendly and also helpful with dining suggestions, directions, and incidental needs.
The dining staff have been friendly and helpful with personal dietary needs ( checking product ingredients for allergens). Kind, smiling, greeting, and keeping the dining area clean. They offer a full breakfast everyday. I also appreciate the cleanliness and flow of their food service area.
I was nervous about the pool this time as I saw a post from several months ago that the pool was green... but I called ahead and they said it was good. And it was super clear for our visit. There is a small area on bottom of pool floor that needs patched, but it did not affect our use and enjoyment of the pool facilities during our 4 day stay.
We love staying here because we have come to expect great service and accommodations, the friendly staff, and convenient location to the things we do when we come to visit our grandson."
