Unfortunately, we had the opportunity to meet Mr. Johnny at the front desk and had to experience his attitude and temper firsthand. He was kind enough to provide us with two rooms on two different floors, which certainly made our stay more memorable at this property.
He was particularly rude toward the women in our group of seven. He did not seem to have the patience to explain situations or listen properly to our requests. Instead, he took a passive-aggressive approach and seemed more interested in pushing us along than understanding the issue. He also made a mistake with our airport drop-off schedule, so I had to double-check with another front desk staff member to make sure the booking was properly arranged.
In short, our interaction with Johnny was unfortunately not pleasant.
At the same time, we had the opportunity to interact with two other gentlemen at the front desk, and they were completely different. They were very helpful, patient, and accommodating with our various requests, from providing drinking water to arranging the early morning airport drop-off for the next day. We really appreciated their assistance.
Overall
Apart from the experience at the front desk with Johnny, the rooms were clean and the property itself was nice. The other staff members we interacted with were also very helpful.
So, if you see Johnny at the front desk, please be careful. He will not bite, but the experience may not be a pleasant one."
