"I feel very comfortable in this hotel. It is a great space for the price. Rooms are cleaned every day. Owners are very helpful and friendly. It is in Lakeside, a very touristy area but the neighbors are nice also. It is 2 blocks from the lake. When the power goes out, they have solar power and solar WiFi. This is a Nepali hotel with Western features or you can have smaller less expensive rooms that are truly Nepali."

"The staff at Hotel Buddah were fantastic, starting from breakfast and assisting with anything else (taxi to airport etc) as needed. It is quite a noisy area, which you can hear through the windows at night. Felt slightly unsafe walking around once dark but lovely and popular tourist spot during the day. "
