"The information on expedia website indicates that O-Jays Guesthouse provides "free airport shuttle" and I booked two rooms for one night. I checked with the staff and they indicated that they can help with transport from the airport to the guesthouse but that there is a charge. We arranged for a shuttle and the driver waited at the domestic part of the terminal instead of the international part which caused a 45 minute delay in getting picked up. "The hotel claimed not having received the payment from the booking platform. So we had to pay again a higher amount. In the end we agreed on being refunded the dfference and are waiting for the money from the booking platform. In 2023 such things should not happen. It meant additional effort for everyone. "
