"Great experience at this hotel. It's location is perfect, right next to the city centre (and in the middle of two of Nis' attractions - the Fortress & the Skull Tower). The rooms are large, bright, clean and spacious. Even the balcony was big. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating - from showing me on Google maps which ATM/bankomat to use without fees, to allowing me to check out later (which enabled me to work for a few hours longer before moving to another country). "Wow! Been traveling 10 days in the Balkans and this was easily the best stay I had along the trip. The staff really goes above and beyond! The spa room was also amazing to have at the end of my trip to relax. I had a 4:40am bus and the staff packed a to-go food box for me so I could still eat my breakfast on the road. Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling through Nis. "

"Visited this hotel 2 years ago and couldnt fault it, returned this year because of that experience but was a little disappointed as the rooms are looking a little tired now and when we pointed out a few issues these were not dealt with or communicated to us why, or offer of another room. It is situated in a great part of the town and just needs a freshening up to bring it back to the previous standard. Breakfast and service was great ."

"Das Hotel ist sehr schön, gut erreichbar direkt an der Autobahn gelegen. Allerdings ist der Großteil der Zimmer nur über mehrere Stufen erreichbar, da sich der Aufzug in einem Zwischengeschoß befindet. Ebenso ist der Speisesaal auch nur über Treppen erreichbar. Für jemanden mit Knieproblemen stellt dies ein fast unüberwindbares Hindernis dar. Schade ist nur, dass ich bei der Reservierung um ein Zimmer mit Aufzug erreichbar bzw. im Paterre gebeten habe und mir dies vom Hotel zugesagt wurde. Das...
