"The resort was clean unfortunately we had a black out with no one in the office, strange office hours for a resort which should be open every day all day for their clients. They didnt have a generator not good for paying customers, so when power went out it was just too bad ....arrived later with torch....and had to let people in locked out of their rooms not good enough for paying customers."
