A special mention goes to the Tizita Hotel receptionist, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Their warm attitude and willingness to assist truly made my experience even better and more enjoyable. "VERY friendly staff. I stayed 3 weeks had no complaints except for occasional very minor glitches … normal for that duration. Those were addressed instantly. Room soon felt like a comfortable and familiar “nest” in Addis. Two restaurants were better than most external restaurants. Recommend."
