"Wonderful views, clean room, very kind staff "

"The location is great, right on the beach which is definitely the best part of this hotel. However, the overall experience was just okay — nothing that really wowed me about the room. One thing that stood out was seeing a rat outside the back door near the beach bar area, which was concerning. I also saw a rabbit in the bushes, which I thought was unusual for a beachfront property. Parking became very congested once the weekend crowd arrived, which made it a bit frustrating coming and going. Overall, the location is the biggest plus, but the property and amenities could definitely use some improvement."

"It’s a beautiful property that has lights to light up a piece of the beach at night. The kitchen was great. The view was great. The hot tub/ and pool was unusable due to other guest and their 20 kids. Had to change rooms at 10 at night because there was a water leak from the ceiling that dripped on my face and bed. Bunch of Sheetrock repairs so been an on going issue. Since the hot tub was unusable, the tubs are nice and deep, but the deep chips, if you’re not careful could slice you or your children open. It’s good if you want to stay in the off season like us for 160-180 a night but NOT if you want to pay the 700-800 during the summer for ‘luxury’. The second room, still had terrible Sheetrock repair and the ‘blackout’ curtains will shine directly in your face because of the crack where the sliding door meets the windows. The staff was fantastic. Very nice and sweet. Overall I will only be returning for the off season in this hotel. "

"The hotel was great, the elevators are pretty slow. There was also a incident in front of the hotel which had the street blocked off and I couldn’t return to the hotel for several hours."
