"Parking was difficult, trailers in the way. Dog food and Pet hair on floor. After being asked if I had pets, the answer was "No I am allergic!" Then to be put in a dirty pet room felt uncaring and disrespectful. "

"Great clean big room we got the 3 beds we’re on a military move, staff was very friendly had a 26ft uhual as well as personal vehicles plenty of parking. If we ever come back thru will definitely book again! "

"Room was basic but good no extras. Bed was comfortable. We parked right in front of our room. Fort Nelson had a lot of snow this winter(2025/6), huge snow bank in the parking lot blocked Road noise. Also created a huge Lake as it is melting."
