"Overall the hotel is good, rooms is so spacious and clean, staffs are helpful. Food in the restaurant is surprisingly good and prices are reasonable. The only downside is we stay in the new building and there is no front desk and staff there, restaurant, gym and the front desk are located in the main building, it’s so inconvenient for us to call a shuttle there every time, sometimes the phone is busy and we can’t reach anyone, it makes us very difficult to meet the tour guide there, also the winter gear is so heavy, we can’t carry all those things to walk all the way during-36c at night time, other than that, everything is good "
