"We had a really good stay at this hotel, the breakfast was one of the best we've had, the best selection and very tasty. The evening meal was also beautiful, can't fault any of the food. Family room was large and huge bed, but disappointed in the lack of air conditioning and the shower quality. It was a bit disappointing hearing one of the waitresses at the breakfast entrance talk to the younger staff in a very rude manner. Bit of a chip on her shoulder as all the staff who we seen cleared the plates quickly and refreshed all the food in good time. Probably the best service I've seen at breakfast. Only other small gripe was the child's pool times, extremely restricted, so please check this if your going with children and have a busy schedule. We would certainly return to the hotel."

"Easy and quick check in were given bottles of water due to the heat fans in the room to help it keep cool a nice size room with lots of storage and a refrigerator lovely comfy bed and nice big shower with complementary shampoos. A great gym and swimming pool even though it was a tad cold but nice hot tub and very hot sauna a lovely stay for the night to visit the uni."

"Great Hotel in general so I’ve given full marks, however considering there’s no air-conditioning and just a fan they should provide bottles of still water for free especially at £160 per night for the cheapest room."
