"This is our second stay at 4 Points Sheraton, Nagoya. It is always clean, well staffed, conveniently located to the airport and also the ferry terminal to Tsu. The staff went beyond in their service, allowing us to leave some of our luggage with them while we were away for a few days, and also arranging an earlier shuttle transport to the airport for us, when we couldn't get a taxi (all totally booked). "
