"The room was clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly and helped us with a late check in. The drinks were poured for gambling patrons, though there were no cards tables. That was the only thing I wished was available that was not. The hotel was accommodating to us having a pet, for a pet fee, which was very reasonable. All in all, price of room was well worth it, and would stay here again if traveling through."

"We didn’t like having cloth furniture in the rooms. The bed was nice but very lop sided. The pool was VERY cold and the hot tub was warm. We ate at the restaurant twice and 5 of us had dinner. It seems that most of the dinner items come frozen so it was a difficult choice since none of us like frozen dinners. We were told many item come frozen and not prepared by a chef or cook. Such as the fried chicken, salmon and others. Breakfast was not so good. We had the Denver omelettes that did not look like an omelet. Very few pieces of ham, onions and bell peppers. More like scrambled eggs in a clump. The hash browns were very poor. They were like reconstituted frozen hash burns that were so undercooked. The waitress was nice and efficient. This place is really beautiful and have nice rooms but the food has a lot to be desired. And best of all is it’s so close to Death Valley entrance."

"Staff not friendly. A/C not working after multiple attempts maintenance was called. Maintenance showed up with just a t shirt on without identify himself attempted to move me aside and enter the room. This prompted me to ask him to identify himself. He reluctantly identified himself, reset the braker and stated it was fixed. Informed him to observe that the air was not cool. He then mumbled as he left the compressor. AC was never fixed late the next day they were able to provide a room after being prompted."

"The whole room was clean and air conditioner was very nice and cold, the bad thing the hotel was in need of remodeling of the rooms or update , have shampoo and conditioner in the shower and extra toilet paper. I almost forgot to say definitely need more eating places inside and Starbucks inside of the casino."
