"This is a nice hotel in a safe neighborhood. The staff was wonderful. I had to call to make a change to my reservation twice, both times I spoke with Tracey who was very helpful and patient. We were checked in by Kara who was very warm and welcoming and the next day I spoke with Brittany who was also wonderful. The room seems clean and our room was very quiet. I used a very nice treadmill in the fitness room. They have a lot of items for purchase snack wise and give free coffee and tea. We live in Ohio but come to Detroit quite often and generally stay downtown but decided to stay outside the city this time and I think we will continue to book this hotel. "

"One of the best Hilton hotels I’ve ever stayed. Everything worked out perfectly, except the fact that they only cleaned the room every other day. Located in a walkable beautiful area. Friendly, welcoming and patient staffs like Samir. Free simple nutritious breakfast with menu changes every morning. Natural shampoo, body wash, and lotion in non-disposable containers — so eco friendly. Most of all, different selections of freshly brewed coffee in the lobby all the time! Wish I could’ve brought my swimming trunks for their pool 😆"
