"Water Spa amenities was closed off for Valentine’s Day to people who just had reserved spa treatments. They did not advertise it would be closed, and we came just for that. We were disappointed."

"We would like rooms that aren’t clear across the hotel from the lobby. It’s obvious there was not a lot of people staying at the hotel. We were on the third floor and had to go down too long hallways. Other than that, the accommodations were"

"The pool had way way to much chlorine in it that you could smell it all the way down the hall and it burned both my 2 you ger kids eyes even after taking showers. The pull out bed from the couch was not clean. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. The morning breakfast was bot on point. The waffles mixture container that it came out of kept breaking at every other use. Juat not a very good experience "

"We tried to cancel because of an emergency but we still got stuck paying the price for the room they where very rude on the phone I will never book for this hotel again "
