"One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because of the Expedia Gold status VIP perks.When asked about it during check in the reception was very cold and would not honour perks as promoted. Very disappointed as this was a first with any Expedia bookings. Will not be back."

"Thank goodness the hotel is gated because the housekeeping staff cleaned our room and left our door open. We came back to our room before going for dinner and there was no staff in sight and the door was wedged open. The room was clean and the bed was good but make sure you don’t leave any valuables in your room. When we mentioned it to the front desk, they didn’t seem to think it was a big deal. "

"Good location, view but the building is old, hitting system is loud and we couldn't turn it off.( becouse of the noise and drift) Also, parking not included in our stay and on the reception they didnt inform us. TV remote very complicated and I couldn't use it to turn off the TV,so I had to turn off manually. Pool was ok,hot tub was ok but switch didnt work to turn it on."

"The patio door didn’t work properly and we were told by the maintenance man that having to lift and drag the door to open and close it was ok and nothing needed to be done. The door was obviously in need of repair. The fire alarm went off one night about midnight and we evacuated to the lobby. We looked for direction from hotel staff but there was no hotel staff in the building and a guest had to call 911. Someone we assumed was hotel staff arrived just before the fire department but he never said one word to all of us standing in the lobby. It appears there is a total lack of emergency training for the staff. It was an absolute gong show and thankfully it was an alarm problem and not an actual fire."
