"After reading some prior reviews, I was nervous about our stay. However, guest services checked us in and made sure it was ok if we were in the same side as the plaza as there was music until 9pm and it may be a little loud. That wasn't a problem for us and the music wasn’t loud. Our bathroom was extremely clean. Our bed was comfy. The convince of being connected by ann elevator in the hotel to the Mayo subway was extremely helpful. (It took 5 minutes to go from our 9th floor room to the Gonda Building south side floor 2). We will definitely stay here again."
