We had three total for 5 people. The advertised private beach access was not able to be found. We gave up and drove to the beach 2 miles away. "Overall, a good value for the price after peak season. The room was spacious with a balcony and I enjoyed the complimentary coffee. However, I dislike that check-in times at most hotels are at 4pm; it feels like the day is lost, you pay full price for a half-day stay."

"Take the time to take a tour with John The full-time on property horticulturist and botanist. An amazingly informative and inspirational Tour. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and all the staff are exceptionally nice. We were there at the end of the season and we were made aware that new staff were being trained at that time which I felt was important to be aware offor both the staff and the guests. We will do our best to return."

"Room was ok. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Shower pressure was good but extremely slippery Tub was beyond dirty. Gross rings around it and slime Bathroom floor was extended dirty. Lysol wipes I had helped clean up both Window forehead smudges all over window on arrival and rug quickly vacuumed Only issues I had but loud ppl.by ke every night and a wedding took over the entire bldg I'm just glad I left the day of the wedding as a food truck was allowed on the property that night from 10pm to 3am not considering other ppl there"

"Can see why this hotel is rated so high. Very clean, staff was very attentive, breakfast was good, pool was fun, jacuzzi in room was super relaxing, all at a good price. All around was a great stay, only knocks i can give are the bed is on the older side and worn, pillows are flat, and the bathroom is a bit on the small side. Would love if this gets updated but does not change my rating, but it might for others."
