"全体的に良かった。特にキッチン周りの充実(ホームベーカリーやバリスタ、冷蔵庫のデカさ、食器の清潔さ、などなど)や本格的なバレルサウナ、家具などは満足。一方、チェックイン16時からなので、1泊2日の場合初日は十分にサウナを満喫できず、15時だと嬉しいところ。チェックアウトが11時なので翌日に楽しめたが、できれば時間を気にせず初日に楽しみたい。"

"This property was absolutely epic. Extremely fast communication, gorgeous house and delicious dinner coordinated during a time when most things are shut. Mari and her team were so great. We regretted we didn't have more than one night to enjoy this picturesque village and perfect house. It surpassed all expectations. "We stayed at Kaya Villa in April 2015. Kaya Villa is a stand-alone cottage in Miyama village about 30 km northwest of Kyoto. Property manager picked us up at the local train station (Sonobe) and, at our request, stopped by the supermarket on the way there because we wanted to cook our own meals (there's no room service or restaurant in the village!). "a bit far from the station but with provided shuttle service to and from the hotel it was worth it. The seaside view was wonderful. I wanted to stare at ot for days. Breakfast buffet had plenty of option and the dining hall was spacious. they also provided a drink bar at night. Indoor and outdoor hot springs. Would definitely stay again."

Super convenient and excellent friendly staff

"During our 2 week stay so far in Japan, this has been one of our favorites. It is so convenient to the train and bus stops. The staff was wonderful even giving me towels so I could use their foot bath after we had checked out but needing to kill 2 hours before it was time for our train back to Kyoto. We would definitely stay there again. "
