"They gave us a room that wasn't ready. We explained that we had to get ready for an event and they quickly got us a room that was ready. Bring a portable charger, the plugs are loose."

"I was terribly disappointed in the cleanliness of the halls and my room. The shower/tub had hair in it, the floor had some sort of food crumbs on the floor between the beds, and when I pulled back the bedding the sheet had a stain of some sort and more hair. The room was not cleaned properly. The bed was made but not changed and the trash was done. Other than that I believe it was skipped over. The ladies that were on duty that evening did apologize, brought clean bedding, and said it would be documented. We visit Port Clinton often as do several members of our family. We will look at other places rather than stay here again."

"When we arrived at the room we immediately noticed that there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. When we let the front desk know and they immediately came an put up a clean fresh curtain with their apologies. That was very nice. There is no elevator to the second floor and we had some problems with the stairs. On the last day of our stay the desk manager found out about our problems with the stairs and offered to move us to the first floor, which was good of him to ask, but it was our last night so we declined, but I appreciated the offer. There was plenty to eat at the breakfast, waffles, cereal, yogurt, Danish, doughnuts, etc. There were no eggs or meat, no proteins, and the juice machine was out of order those days, I was disappointed about that. The air conditioner was loud. we had to turn up the volume on the TV when the AC come on and lower the volume when it turned off. The room and property were clean, quiet and inviting, great view of the lake from the deck. This is our second time to stay there. Nice place to stay and the price is affordable."
