"The picture is from when they build the place, today is terrible. Pool was so dirty and they don’t know how to use chemicals to get it clear. The bathroom had mold/fungus growing, sink was blocked showerhead could almost not give any water. Plus it take 5 min to get hot water and another 5 min to get the right temperature The water from the sink/shower almost smelled it came from a sewers Not storage in the room at all so you live in you’re suitcase Missing curtains at the top windows and...

"The standout from this place was the pool. Easily the best to date in Lanka. It runs directly East to West so has the sun permanently on it, making it lovely and warm. It also appears in very good nick so I would guess is relatively new. The room was pleasantly adequate with no complaints. "Lovely, friendly family owned hotel. Excellent food (be prepared for a massive, homemade tasty Sri Lankan breakfast). Outdoor facilities a little basic but clearly a work in progress in improving. Pool and room were lovely. Nice nature walks nearby. Would recommend vegetarian dinner options."
