"Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight."

Verify everything works upon entry and request immediate fix. I was without internet for a day and had to wait various days for repairmen to come fix things without having a set time for their visit. "Our stay at Las Clementines was beyond compare! We chose it due to its wonderful location in Casco Antigua, but it was so much more. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Marcos told us the history of the hotel and took time to show us the details that make this place so wonderful. Mahalo, the restaurant, on the main floor makes absolutely delicious food...try the ceviche for sure. Overall, this was a highlight of our 8 day trip."
