"A few complaints from a BonVoy member. The shower and sink would not drain, so I stood in water despite a request to have it addressed. The WiFi never worked, despite my call to the front desk. Nobody called back. My emailed hotel bill contained no details, so I'll need to call back. Breakfast is not served until 11 am as indicated in the room service menu. Room service staff said it was wrong and stopped at 10:15. Ordinarily that would be fine, but I arrived at 4 a.m. from Ahmedabad that morning and scheduled my wake up according to the room service menu. I won't go back."
