It's about 5-10 minutes outside of "downtown" Asuncion, but as you'll find, there really isn't much in "downtown" Asuncion. Instead the area around Arthaus is a more upscale area with private homes, and walking distance to two major shopping areas, restaurants, and higher end spots. "Have to return room key all the time. Time how much spend using the Tv, turn off the electricity each time you leave the room. Disaster, first time ever in my life that looks like I was in jail. The price of the hotel change."
