"The place was very clean and well maintained! The only complaint I have is that the heater was hard to use/regulate. I wish there had been instructions on how to use it. Also, if you want coffee, you need to bring a coffee maker or instant coffee with you. The place was great though, I would recommend for a short stay."

"Elevator was out of service. I felt so bad for all the Seniors that had to carry their luggage up three flights of stairs. Back Door was inaccessible with room card. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. One of the best that I've had. Parking after 8:00 pm was very challenging. Desk staff was very polite and courteous."

"Pros: The property was easy to get to with ample parting. We had a King room and the in-room amenities were nice; plenty of seating and a comfortable bed. The price was average for what we got. There is a good southern type restaurant across the street. Cons: We are senior citizens, 70years plus. Our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator; we had to lug our baggage up the stairs. Although the bed was comfortable, the pillows were a bit on the stiff side; good for some folk but I could not get used to them during our one night stay. The bathroom was clean but small. You had to walk in and turn out of the way to close the door. The shower tub was a little scary stepping out of it. It was somewhat a big drop from the tub to the floor. Grab bars are definitely needed. I am surprised that is not a requirement. The continental breakfast was just that, very 'continental'. We would stay there again if we could get a room on the first floor and the shower had grab bars. Even my wife was nervous stepping out of the tub. For young people, these cons would probable not be an issue."

"My only regret is that we were passing through for one night. Wish we could have stayed longer! Outstanding amenities, staffing, and look/feel, right down to the signature scent. Such a cool use of an old, industrial building. A very peaceful atmosphere. The coffee/tea for each floor was a great touch. We will be back!"
