"This hotel has been an Auberge since the middle ages and we enjoyed it as a welcome rest after a long flight. The beds were very confortable and the area was quiet. Showers were modern with lots of hot water. We strongly recommend opting in for the breakfast on the terrace which was excellent."

I like that a poster politely asks that people save energy (helping to reduce their bills and therefore cost for customers) by switching off lights etc. when leaving the room.
