"The manager whilst seemingly polite was inattentive and did not check the room booked was available. Offered alternative room that was not suitable but we had no choice but to take it. I was offered a refund but it was not forthcoming and still hasn’t been received. "

"Reg and sue great hosts. Loved the room, great bed and bed linen which made for a very comfortable nights sleep. Extremely quiet as well. Breakfast was a joy with the other guests sharing their travel stories and sue providing brilliant service and oodles of good food and coffee. "

"Beautifully renovated chalet with kind, gentle and principled hosts who bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful. Great continental breakfast and dinner options, all vegetarian and using local produce and/or organic wherever possible. Cosy, comfortable room, beautiful Pyrenees scenery, en route to Col du Tourmalet, cyclist’s paradise."

"Établissement refait à neuf et avec goût, tout confort - accueil impeccable, amical , à votre écoute - on s’y sent très bien - bien situé : à 10 min de Loudenvielle peyragudes val louron et 15 min de saint-lary - la route passante ne pose pas de problème car au calme de 20h à 8h30 en pleine saison de ski - nous recommandons ! "
