"I have to rank this the worst hotel experience. Front desk staff were rude and dismissive. I booked and paid for two queen rooms FOUR months in advance of this trip - The Extraordinary Women's Conference. Upon arrival to the hotel, we were told they were over booked and we weren't going to have the rooms we reserved and paid for. Inconvenient. Uncomfortable for the travelers in this party. Good thing we are all friends and could make adjustments. One room smelled horrible - a repugnant mixture of urine and cigarette smoke. To our dismay, old rotten food was found in the refrigerator. Putrid, disgusting smell. Leavung the door open to air the room did little to improve the smell. Spiders were found and killed. Also, there weren't enough towels for the guests in the rooms. 4 guests. 2 towels. The only assistance we were given, a timid staff member who did NOT speak or understand English, came and removed the old food from the fridge. It was disinfected though. I absolutely would not recommend this property to any traveler."
