"The host didn't reply to criticism, like there was nothing to do the dishes with (no soap or dishwasher tablets), the safety box didn't work and the microwave was broken. Very bad in my opinion. You also needed to take a photo of your ID as well as deposit money to the host, like you where about to trash the place up even more, though I doubt that's possible to do."

"It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady."

"Hôtel sympathique et typique savoyard. Appartement fonctionnel, spacieux et calme. A revoir la literie (matelas mousse qui s'affaisse) le linge est propre tout comme l'appartement par contre il y avait cette odeur de tabac froid pas terrible. Mais je n'hésiterais pas a revenir la prochaine fois. Je recommande tout de même puis le personnel est aussi sympathique."

"Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel.
