"The staff were exceptional. Jessica was extremely kind, and always had ice prepared for us after noticing that we had requested it twice. She was such a kind face at the front of the hotel and made our experience wonderful"

"Dirty room and dirty bathroom with mold everywhere you look at. Staff not very friendly; by accident, my card was dropped in the space between the elevator and the surface, so I asked for an extra car at front desk and the man over there told me to be more careful because they don’t give extra cards. Breakfast with nothing special, and if you serve more than once, staff stares at you. Not coming back here for sure."
