"Beautiful flat and well appointed with everything you'd need to cook and hang out. A couple of good restaurants down the street and a small grocery store right across the street. The flat was about a 10 minute walk to Milano Centrale and the tram line which was very convenient for getting around Milan or for day trips to Lake Como and Venice, which we did. "We enjoyed our stay! Our room was clean and relaxing. There were plenty of towels and a hairdryer. Very convenient for travelling into Milan by tram, although we walked everywhere (it doesn’t take long to reach the Duomo). A few good cafes nearby and a safe area. Friendly hosts too. Recommended, would stay again. Grazie!"

"The host was there to greet us on arrival. Easy and secure access to the apartment via small lift. The apartment is beautifully appointed and is very comfortable. "One of the bathrooms has a very strong moldy smell and there is visible black mold in certain areas. This is very unhealthy! The communication regarding how to retrieve the keys was unclear. While we could have been more aware, in many places, entering a code directly opens the door. The instructions could be clearer by explaining that the code is used to open the box with a beep sound, where the keys can be found inside. "The instructions on how to get to the place was very clear. As I arrived prior to check-in, they took my luggage so I could venture off and when the room was available, they brought my luggage to the room. The staff was very helpful. The room was spacious. I really appreciated the bottles of water left for me in the refrigerator. The room was mostly clean however the wall behind the vanity was not. The room had no closets or drawers to put my clothes in. There were hangers on hooks and...
