Carpet has an iron shaped burnt-through hole. Booked the place for 14 nights and moved out to available hotel room next day. I have no doubt that any reviews for this property are not real. "We stayed in a family room. The hotel is very quiet and clean, staff was friendly and polite. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, stores and old town. The only downside there is no elevator that stops on the 2nd floor and we had a few heavy suitcases. But got some help with carrying them to the room from the hotel staff. "
