"The Location and infrastructure was very good . View from the Room was very pleasing . BUT The water pressure in the Taps and Shower was very low . The food quantity served at Buffet in Dinner and Breakfast was not up to the mark"

"Zingkham was the best hotel experience in my 15 days Bhutan trip. The view of Punakha Dzong from the room balcony was a beautiful sight. The restaurant served a fantastic breakfast and we ate a delicious ala carte lunch and dinner. The warm and welcoming staff deserve a special mention. Room and room facilities are fantastic will certainly stay again at same property for a longer time on my next visit."

"Good location but service isn't great. Room service threw away some of our snacks. There was an issue with motor pumps in the morning of our checkout and water supply was not there. No effort was made to provide alternate arrangements."

"The property is not for staying of any guest and person available at that property reported they cannot give it for staying as no amenity is availa to to accommodate guest at that property and we could not get accommodation for staying there. It is a cheating. Please return the tariff charged by Expedia"
