"The room was okay for the price. Thankfully, we brought our own toiletries because the wash clothes and towels were like a pale yellow. The front desk guy (male) was very sarcastic and borderline rude. When we asked for the towels to be changed out he told us to bring the old ones and they will rewash and return it back to our room since the clean staff had already left for the day. The area was quiet with no disruptances. The crab restaurant next door was really good."

"The only nixe thing I can say is that the guy at the counter was nice. The online pics are NOT equivalent to the actual site! This is a low-quality hotel! We only needed ONE night and this hotel supposedly had good ratings! The first room was open when we got to it. There was white thick stuff on the door handle on the inside. The bedspread had Black smears on it and the toilet was dirty! We tried to cancel and leave! Hotels.com would not help us with that! The guy offered us an upgraded room and we reluctantly said okay. The room was a King bed suite type of room from the 1970's!!!!!! The refrigerator, stove, sinks....everything was OLD AND OUTDATED!!!! The windows had no curtains and blinds that fit only HALF of the window! The sinks dripped water and had to be maneuvered to an off position! The sheets were OFF WHITE with a brownish stain in the middle! It was after midnight and we just too exhausted to move rooms AGAIN!!! I used my clorox wipes to clean the bathroom and wipe down everything. I used my Lysol spray on the bedspread and chair where we sat out things! The guy that was on duty said that the cleaning is not up to standard because of high turnover, and its worse there than other places. He said they are working on getting the hotel up to standard with cleaning and other areas!!! WE SLEPT ON TOP of the bedspread and used our own blanket! We were out of there IMMEDIATELY at 6am!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!! Hotels.com owes us a REFUND!!!!"

"The staff there were very friendly helpful and kind. The staff preparing breakfast were great, the front desk staff were very polite and checking in and out was a breeze. The room was clean we had no real issues or problems and I would recommend this hotel!☺️"
