"Our stay at the Jangle hotel was relaxing and convenient. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean. Hotel staff was excellent as well. Restaurant food was delicious as well. Lastly; our airport shuttle was booked for the flight departure time and there was a miscommunication. Basma and Hisham recognized the mistake made by one of their colleagues and fixed the problem quickly and got us to the airport quickly and on time for our flight. I can’t thank them enough for their help. I would definitely bring my family back to stay at this hotel. "
