"It was a pleasant stay. The only problem is that the main part of the hotel did not have rooms on the main floor, you had to pay extra for a handicap room that was in a separate building across the street. Had a great pub/restaurant below the rooms which was very handy."

"We heeded all the warnings - if noisy night life might bother you, request a "quieter" room - so we did. We got an excellent room on the top floor, very spacious. All the staff we dealt with where friendly & helpful. We had 2 dinners, one in the more casual restaurant, one in the more formal library - the food was all excellent. The lamb was perfect, as was "Jose's Halibut" - very imaginative plate, everything worked! Excellent value as accommodation and for dining!"
