"Gorgeous hotel in a quiet location, 2 minutes from the beach, friendly staff, on-site spa with great services... It's a little piece of heaven. The only thing I could see that might turn people off is the staff don't all speak English fluently, but as a French speaker myself, I found them to be very considerate and lovely. Definitely worth the price!"

"The location next to the lagoon is exceptional but there aren’t t enough umbrellas and “chaises longues “ for everybody so it s a little bit crowded and there is no beach service , you have to go to the bar in the hotel and bring what you want on the beach . The furniture in the bathrooms is cheap, there is no ambiance in the restaurant , only two big couches to lay next to the swimming pool and a few chaises longues , well it is a three stars hotel so I could say it is a good three stars hotel...

"Room with access to the pool is a must. Hotel is fairly dated, certainly needs renovations especially in the rooms. More like a 3 star in terms of service & amenities. Staff speak pretty much no English (thankfully I speak little french) and no translation for help/instructions, as well as breakfast is quite limited. In all beautiful hotel but expected much more in other areas."

"The Palm Hotel and Spa is located in a beautiful part of Reunion Island surrounded by lush scenery and gorgeous beaches. The hotel facilities were top notch and the staff were exceptionally accommodating and bent over backwards to give our family the best experience possible. The only downside is that there is a slight trade off with the location.
