"Shiloh Dwellings did not show up for check in, did not answer calls or emails, and did not provide a code to enter the building. After a resident let me in, Shiloh Dwellings had not cleaned the property after the previous tenant (soiled underwear visible in trash, towels in piles in bath, etc). They refused a refund through Hotels.com citing policy though they were unable to live up to their own instructions for visitors."

The space was not clean, there was mouse droppings in the shower. The towels were dirty and had holes in them. The carpeted areas had not been vacuumed. Communication was very poor. It is too bad because the location is great. 
I absolutely would not recommend staying here. "

For the apartment building it was lackluster which isn't a big deal. "We stayed at Cozysuites while in Dallas for a conference, and it was a great base for our stay. There were storms in the area at the time, so we did not take advantage of the Sky Pool, but we enjoyed the many wonderful restaurants in the area. It was nice to have the kitchen for coffee, tea, and lighter meals. The WiFi was great, and there was plenty of space to work. All very convenient."
