"I'm originally from the area. It's been some years since I've been back. I am shocked at the change. I am surprised how clean and quiet this motel was. It was worth the value. I would definitely stay again. I had no problems while staying here. The sink was leaking but I showed the housekeeper. The AC worked fine. The shower water pressure wasn't that great, but I am thankful I had a clean shower/tub. The room was cleaner then what I found it. Just for safety reasons I wiped everything down with sanitizing wipes. I do this wherever I go. I'm leaving I took a video showing how I left the room. I do this for legal reasons. All in all it was a good stay and I would recommend this place especially on a budget. Thank you Homestead. "

"We were moved to a different property because of electrical issues. The different hotel was basically a truck stop that felt unsafe. Upon check in, by a self admitted sick person, we learned that the room received sells for $20+ less than we paid for it due to the downgrade from the Baymont. "
