"Very nice central location, easy access to walking to Antugua sites and most important locations. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, clean, no bugs, I absolutely loved my stay and will stay again. There is a club next door which gets loud on the weekend but it never bothered me. It may bother some people. The hotel tried hard to make people as comfortable as possible.i can't what to return. The pool was cleaned daily I believe. Has coffee and tea from 7am-10pm The safe is in a small end table. I would prefer an actual safe but it isn't a deal breaker at all. I never lost anything and staff was very respectful of the do not enter the room sign. I give it 10 stars to be honest. Thank you so much for making my trip so pleasant."

"I had a wonderful experience at Finca El Tambor. It’s located in the middle of nature and is very clean. Suzy is helpful and responsive. The restaurant, Ivanno, serves delicious food, and the owner is a great host. I do wish I had known beforehand about the long walk and the hill leading to the property. Along the way, I also wish there had been more lighting. That said, I really appreciated the flashlight provided in the house—it was very helpful when I arrived late from Antigua or left early for my trip to Lake Atitlán. I highly recommend it. "
