"The location was good for us as we were attending a wedding in the area. The front desk staff was very friendly, and the included breakfast was nice. Our room was simple but clean—we didn't use housekeeping, so I can't speak to that. There is no elevator, so bear that in mind. Also, there is no in-room coffee, which is inconvenient for our preferences. The coffee is only available in the main lobby, and to reach it you must go across the parking lot. The weather was fine the two days we were there, so the biggest inconvenience was getting dressed to go retrieve coffee, then getting back to our room. If there had been wind, rain, snow, etc., it would have been a deal-breaker for us."
