A room changed - Air conditioner not working - hot water in jacuzzi not working. We even quit by the first night. Asked for refund for the night not consumed upon all these problems : the answer was No."

"Every thing is perfect except for the location. This hotel is excellent, clean rooms, friendly staff, reasonable rates, very good buffet breakfast, all kinds of coffee, tea, juices free. Only one thing, the location, there’s no shops or restaurants around."
